We've been working to improve usability and utility for users across the Swag Space platform. This month we are introducing a handful of new features and changes that will empower members to sell more and stress less.

Here's what we're pushing live:

Create Carts From PDF Presentations

You can now seamless create a cart after you make a PDF presentation of products to send to your customers for approval. This is very useful for members who want to offer white-glove service to their clients.

Here's how it works:

1. In the "My Orders" section of your dashboard you can navigate to the tab labeled "PDF Presentation." From this tab you can create beautifully branded presentations to share with clients for approval.

2. From this tab you will now see an option button saying "Create Cart Link." Pressing this button will automatically create an order with a cart populated by the items you outlined in your presentation!

3. When you press this button, you will have the option to create a Regular Cart or a Limited Cart. With a regular cart, your clients will always be able to add more products if they want. With a limited cart, they only have the choice to checkout with the products you've included.

4. After you choose your cart type, you will see a link that you'll be able to share with customers or stakeholders.

5. You'll now have a cart built, which you can access from the "Build a Cart" tab. You can always access this cart by clicking "Go to" from the presentations page.

Add Your Reseller Certificates

Members can now add Reseller Certificates for different states. When offering your clients the ability to checkout via ACH or Net Terms, members are responsible for collecting the full payment (including taxes) from your client. Swag Space will charge your credit card on file 70% including taxes. Now, if you have a Reseller Certificate for the state where the products are shipped, our system won't charge you taxes.

You can upload Reseller certificates from the Swag Space Dashboard Settings.

Small changes that improve functionality of the Swag Space platform:

• Reworked commissions for sample orders

• Usability updates and bug removals
